History

1979: HTC was established providing pipeline pre commissioning services to many blue chip companies, in the water, oil, gas and petrochemical industries, in Europe and around the world.

2001: Management buyout - through HTCMS the management team boast over 100 years combined experience in the engineering industry.

2002: HTCMX acquires Air Technique.

2003: HTCMS establishes Whirlwind Utilities Ltd (now trading as Whirlwind UK) .

The Whirlwind™ Aggregate Cleaning Unit (WACU) is unique in its methods. A constant velocity of air flow is established firstly before a controlled feed of aggregate is then introduced providing a uniform cleaning patter along the pipeline.
